The tourist office organizes on the second Saturday of June, the Raviolata and on the first Saturday of July, the Town Fish Festival; on the occasion of the celebration of patron Saint Domenico, "Orti Aperti" (Opened gardens) and the squash festival take place, which attract many tourists to Rivalta.
For more than twenty years, the rosticciata has been repeated, which takes place on the last Saturday of July: the festivity, unique in its kind, of remarkable interest and scenic effect, consists of a gigantic grilling of small salamis, spareribs and chicken char-grilled on an enormous pile of wood (about 55 quintals of wood of oak, black locusts and chestnut tree are burnt all of a sudden ) and then wetted with an ancient sauce.
